Soccer

Today me Arman bath and Ryan Austin got together and we played some soccer. Then some little came and play with us. Not in a weird way I promise lol

Nightly soccer

Hey everyone so I don't post ugh due to my lack of me remembering to do it. So since I don't post much I guess I'll tell you of an activity I've been trying to do nightly, soccer. It's a great way for me to stay in shape. I've been doing it since late march. It's great because it's something I love to do so going out and doing it is fun. My dad will tag along sometimes because he shares the same passion as me. Well I'll head of, I don't really know how to end this so bye.

Community run

My overall time was 20:30 2nd overall I think. I ran the whole time and that was intense. also I kept the same pace the whole time. So I would say this was my best community run to date. Sorry there's no photos I was just to focused :)

Healthy dinner

I had quinoa and baked chicken for dinner. So delicious

Beep test 01/17/14

Today was the beeptest. Personally my least favourite fitness activity. I set my goal for 9.5 and higher and i got to 10.0. I usually only get to 9.0 or a little higher so i was happy with my out come.
