Today was the beeptest. Personally my least favourite fitness activity. I set my goal for 9.5 and higher and i got to 10.0. I usually only get to 9.0 or a little higher so i was happy with my out come.
I can see that even thought you hate doing some stuff you have the courage to try it and achieve your goal good on yah seth
